Whether you struggle with self-doubt, feel disconnected from yourself or are ready to trust yourself again, I can help you strengthen your sense of self, quiet that inner critic, and build a more secure, compassionate relationship with yourself.

When You Don’t Fully Trust Yourself, Life Starts to Feel Smaller

You Deserve a Bigger Life

Signs your relationship with yourself may need support:

You may notice yourself:

  • Constantly second-guessing your choices
  • Struggling to trust your instincts or judgment
  • Feeling disconnected from your own wants and needs
  • Feeling emotionally drained from overthinking
  • Looking outward for validation before believing in yourself
  • Minimizing your strengths or accomplishments
  • Holding yourself back because you fear getting it wrong
  • Feeling uncertain about your identity, direction, or purpose
  • Wanting confidence, but not fully believing you deserve it

The Benefits of Self-Esteem Therapy

Self-esteem therapy is not about becoming arrogant or “fixing” yourself. It’s about learning how to see yourself with more honesty, compassion, and trust. As your relationship with yourself changes, other areas of your life often begin to change too: relationships, boundaries, motivation, and goals.

Intrinsic vs Extrinsic Motivation

Many people have spent years chasing external markers of worth through success, achievement, praise, approval, appearance, or productivity hoping it will finally make them feel confident or fulfilled.

But external validation is temporary.

In therapy, we’ll explore the difference between living from external pressure versus internal values. Instead of constantly asking, “Am I enough?” you can begin asking:

  • What actually matters to me?
  • What kind of life feels meaningful to me?
  • What would it look like to trust myself more?
  • How do I want to treat myself moving forward?

This shift can help you feel more grounded, authentic, and connected to yourself rather than constantly trying to earn your worth.

You Don't Need More Pressure - You Need Support That Works

I use practical, evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create real, sustainable change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and action-oriented. Alongside deeper self-exploration, you’ll also learn practical skills you can apply outside of session.

Our work may include:

  • Understanding the beliefs shaping your self-worth
  • Challenging self-critical thought patterns
  • Learning tools to manage overthinking and anxiety
  • Building emotional awareness and self-trust
  • Clarifying your values, identity, and goals
  • Taking meaningful action aligned with the life you want

Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to prove your worth in order to deserve care, support, or growth.

Care. Curiosity. Consistency.

Working with me feels grounded, collaborative, and personalized for you. Sessions are a mix of real conversation and gentle structure — space to slow down, be honest, and make sense of what you’re carrying, without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself.

I bring a steady, calm presence and we move at your pace. Some sessions may feel reflective and spacious; others more focused and practical. Together, we’ll pay close attention to what’s coming up for you in the moment, adjusting as needed so the work feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with where you are.

This is not a rushed or one-size-fits-all process. It’s a collaborative unfolding, where you’re met with care, curiosity, and consistency — and where change happens in a way that feels sustainable, not forced.
